We make raising money for your organization
FUN & EASY!  

  1. Speak with our manager on a specific date available to hold your event.
     

  2. Distribute your traditional flyer or e-mail to your network of friends. Brothers will even send you the digital creative!
     

  3. On the day of your fundraiser, anyone who presents their flyer/e-mail at the time of food or beverage purchase, 20% of those sales will go to your nonprofit organization.

*If you don't have your 501(c)3 # right now, no problem, but you will need to provide it to our manager before the fundraiser can be confirmed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Brothers Bar & Grill will donate back 20% of sales from food and beverage earned by your organization’s event (anyone who presents your event’s flyer/email at the time of food or beverage purchase).  Any changes to the below requires advanced written approval by Brothers General Manager. Organization Agrees To:

 

  • Provide Brothers Bar & Grill (”Bros") any logo information that we need to provide in your flyer/e-mail.  Flyer/e-mail creative must be approved by both Bros and Organziation.

  • Person signing agreement will attend event and serves as primary contact at the fundraiser throughout the event.

  • Not distribute flyers/emails on our property at any time (doing so could result of termination of the event and no donation provided).  However, we can help pre-promote your event. Please keep in contact the General Manager.

  • Agrees to make contact with General Manager at Bros 48 hours before event to confirm the event.

  • Proceeds from the event will be mailed by check approximately 14 business days after the event.

The event will not be finalized until the General Manager contacts you and agrees to the time and date of the event!
